This fitness class incorporates elements of ballet exercises with cardio exercises. The class is designed for individuals of all movement abilities and participants will work on toning and strengthening, coordination, balance, and flexibility. Benefits include improved heart health and increased stamina and strength. Taught by Azucena Rollan Mas, accomplished dancer and performer. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and footwear. Open to ages 13+

Join us for this new community program for adults! Participants will we stretch and strengthen their bodies with seated and standing yoga-like movements (no mat required). Afterwards, everyone is invited to stay and chat a while with a little refreshment.

Natural Dye Workshop
Join artist Samhita Kamisetty for a natural dye workshop using botanicals from the RNH garden. The workshop introduces natural dyeing as a creative way to celebrate the seasons, emphasizing sustainable and circular practices and incorporating glowers, herbs, spices, extracts, and plant materials to explore the bundle dye technique,. Open to all (ages 10+), materials included.

AI Community Talk
During this hands-on session, we will practice prompts you can actually use, explore protective techniques, and discuss how to determine what's AI and what's real. You'll learn how to spot the latest scams and simple habits to keep you safer. No tech experience needed. Bring your questions and, if you have one, your phone or tablet. A small donation is greatly appreciated.

Beginners will learn the basics of how to play, starting from a Bastien Beginner Piano Course. For intermediate/experienced players, we will work on strengthening your skills and learn how to play several short pieces. This class is designed for teens and adults.
Sculpture Class
