Join us for this new community program for adults! Participants will we stretch and strengthen their bodies with seated and standing yoga-like movements (no mat required). Afterwards, everyone is invited to stay and chat a while with a little refreshment.
Each session is $10, with any additional contribution supporting RNH community programs.

Join us for a beginner-focused, community-oriented hands-on session designed for people of all ages and backgrounds—no tech experience required. The workshop is grounded in the real questions and concerns everyday people have about AI — not technical jargon. We talk honestly about the fears and benefits of AI, and then sit down together and use these tools in ways that are immediately useful in people's daily lives. Participants encouraged to bring their phone, tablet, or laptop to practice together.
