Morning Lap Swim
Start your morning off with some exercise in our refreshing pool. Lap swim is open to anyone regardless of whether they have a season pass to the pool. Swimmers can sign up for the day or the whole week.
Weekdays 7-9 am, Weekends 9-11 am
$10/day pass, $60/weekly pass
Stretch and Strengthen
Join us for Stretch and Strengthen, a morning community offering for adults that provides a place for light movement and a chance to connect and socialize with community members. Participants will stretch and strengthen their bodies with seated and standing yoga-like movements (no mat required). Afterwards, we welcome all participants to stick around for a social hour with refreshments.

Bread Making with Arnie Adler
Join The Bread Baker of Riverdale in his class on sourdough bread baking. Arnie will walk you through the 36 hour process of making a loaf of bread in just 2 hours.

Open Level Hatha Yoga
A gentle, grounding class with an emphasis on self-care and stress release. We work on breath and movement, first with gentle warm ups, adding more challenges with thoughtful sequences, and ending with deep relaxation. All levels welcome.

Bomba Dance Workshop
This dance class invites participants to experience the power and joy of Bomba, one of Puerto Rico’s oldest living music and dance traditions rooted in African heritage. The class introduces fundamental rhythms, footwork, and the dynamic call-and-response between dancer and drummer. Participants will build strength, stamina, coordination, and musicality, all while engaging in a cultural practice that fosters connection, expression, and empowerment. Open to ages 15+

Our low cost swim lesson program is back! Beginners of all ages can learn the basics of swimming from trained instructors. Sessions are available for children 3-13 and teens and adults. Financial assistance is also available here.
Classes run on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. Various time slots are available

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Looking for a new challenging workout? Join our Jiu-Jitsu program! Participants will start with a 1-on-1 lesson with Tyler Phillips where they will learn fundamental Jiu Jitsu movements on a matted surface. No experience necessary.

Gentle Hatha Yoga
This class will help you ease into the body with low-impact, stress releasing movements. Spine lengthening stretches with slow, thoughtful transitions and breathwork gradually build flexibility, strength, and calm. A class for all students, including beginners. Adaptations are available so that everyone can feel comfortable in their own bodies.

Learn the basics of watercolor painting in this short workshop. No prior experience is required, and students will create two masterpieces of their own! Open to participants ages 15 and older.

Vocal Course
Learn basic vocal techniques such as breathing, posture, tone, and singing on key. Students will also learn basic music theory, vocal warm-ups, expanding vocal range, and developing stage presence. They will sing both acapella and accompanied by live instruments. Taught by Mike Flanagan, a musician and singer with over 40 years of experience, the workshop is open to anyone age 15 and over, and is designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced singers.

Drawing with Charcoal and Pastels
Learn how to draw with charcoal and pastels from local artist Daniel Hauben. Students will work on subjects such as still life, portraits, and landscapes. The course will also cover the rudiments of perspective, the balance of opposites, and how to create a good composition. Open to anyone who loves to draw, no prior experience necessary!
