Level 1 Hatha Yoga
Saturdays 9.00 – 10.15am. Carly, Riverdale Neighborhood House.
Designed for beginners and experienced students who want to practice classic poses at a comfortable and steady pace, this class will help you feel centered and refreshed. Students will work on connecting breath to each movement – moving and flowing through gentle warm ups, building strength with standing and seated sequences, and wind down the class with a deep relaxation. All levels welcome.

Yoga has been a part of Carly’s life since her early teens. It’s the way she finds peace and levity amidst the ebbs and flows of life. The desire to share that ease and clarity with others led her to deepen her practice, training in yoga and meditation. Carly has completed her 200-hour yoga certification, prenatal yoga certification, as well as a meditation teacher training. Carly believes that every time we unroll our mat, we have another chance to gain a new perspective on a pose, a breathing technique, a state of mind. We always have the ability to start anew. The RNH community of yogis has been a gift to Carly’s life, and she looks forward to Saturday mornings with them.
