The goal of meditation is its deepest level is to experience freedom from your ego-self, develop a sense of harmony with the universe, and increase your sensitivity, compassion and service to other.

Meditation prevents and controls stress and anxiety and helps you enjoy each day with confidence and strong inner peace.
