Ian Benjamin has served the New York nonprofit community for many years. A CPA based in NYC, Ian recently retired as a partner at RSM where he led the northeast nonprofit audit, tax and consulting practice. Ian also has served for many years in leadership roles on nonprofit boards, including Court Appointed Special Advocates, Nonprofit New York (formerly known as the Nonprofit Coordinating Committee of New York,) Governance Matters and Stephen Wise Free Synagogue. He is currently board chair at Nonprofit New York.

Nancy has led the Teen Program for more than 10 years and she oversees the operation and administration of the programs for children and teens from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Nancy has a B.S. in Community Health Education and an M.S. in Health Services Administration, as well as extensive experience in preventive health education.

Kathy joined the RNH staff over 20 years ago, first with the Early Childhood Program and then with the camp. She now manages the RNH Summer Pool Program. Kathy received a B.S. from Manhattan College and a Master’s degree in Physical Education from Lehman College.

Lidia has worked at RNH since 1996 and has led much of our literacy enrichment efforts in the After School Program. Before becoming the Director of our OST Program, Lidia was the Youth Development Coordinator, providing guidance to teens and counselors in our programs. She has a Baccalaureate Degree from Lehman College.

Kathy, a graduate of Boston University, joined RNH in 1996 as a facilitator of our playgroup for two-year-olds. Over the next few years, she assisted in all of the classes, utilizing her experience with the three- and four-year-olds. In 2001, with the beginning of the Universal Pre-Kindergarten program, Kathy accepted the position of Early Childhood Coordinator, working in both the classroom and the office.
