Daniel Eudene, Executive Director

Dan joined RNH in 1998 as Executive Director. He has over 25 years of business and management experience, including 15 years in the not-for-profit sector. He holds a B.S. from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from Western Connecticut State University's Ancell School of Business.
Etty Levy Bar-Shai, Deputy Director of Social Services

Etty has worked at RNH since 1988 and oversees the Senior Program and social services within RNH. She studied Social Work at Hebrew University-Jerusalem and earned her Master's degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work; she also received her post-graduate certification in family and couples therapy from The Ackerman Institute for the Family in Manhattan. In addition to her work at RNH, Etty serves as an adjunct at Columbia University.
Kristy Leader, Director of Early Childhood Education

Kristy is the newest member of the RNH management team. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Education and Psychology from the College of New Rochelle and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership (Supervision and Administration) from Bank Street College of Education. She has worked as a classroom teacher, supervisor and staff developer in Early Childhood Programs, Head Start and most recently within the public school system. Kristy has also served as an Adjunct Professor in the Early Childhood Education Department at Westchester Community College.
Nancy Nuñez, Deputy Director of Youth Services

Nancy has led the Teen Program for more than 10 years and effective September of 2009 she will oversee the operation and administration of the programs for children and teens from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Nancy has a B.S. in Community Health Education and an M.S. in Health Services Administration, as well as extensive experience in preventive health education.
Kathy Duffy, Administrative Director of School Age Programs

Kathy joined the RNH staff over 20 years ago, first with the Early Childhood Program and then with the camp. She now manages both the After School Program and the Summer Day Camp. Kathy received a B.S. from Manhattan College and a Master's degree in Physical Education from Lehman College. For the summer of 2011 Kathy has also taken over operation of the RNH Pool.
Kathy Powers, Early Childhood Coordinator

Kathy, a graduate of Boston University, joined RNH in 1996 as a facilitator of our playgroup for two-year-olds. Over the next few years, she assisted in all of the classes, utilizing her experience with the three- and four-year-olds. In 2001, with the beginning of the Universal Pre-Kindergarten program, Kathy accepted the position of Early Childhood Coordinator, working in both the classroom and the office.
